Warranty Information
All computer components,
parts, and accessories are covered by our standard 30 day warranty unless
otherwise indicated in writing. After 30 days from the date
of purchase all computer components, parts, and accessories are covered by
the manufactures warranty. All computer components, parts,
and accessories have a 1 year manufactures warranty unless otherwise
indicated in writing. Some products have up to a 3 warranty manufacture
warranty which will be indicated under the products information listing.
Barebone system kits are treated as component parts and only have a 30 day
warranty through us, and the components in them are covered by the
manufacture from 1 to 3 years depending on the manufactures warranty. All
complete custom computer systems and gaming computers which include operating system software
built by us have a 1 year parts and labor warranty. We offer extended
warranties up to 3 years. All complete custom
computers come with free lifetime technical support. We offer free technical
support for all the products we sell.
Unopened Returns
Computer components,
parts, accessories and computer's purchased from A to Z in Computer Services
returned unopened within 30 days from date of purchase with the
original receipt or invoice are eligible for refund except for as follows.
New
custom built computers and barebone computers are considered an opened box
product and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Special order components
and accessories that we do not normally stock are purchased by the customer
under no refund, no exchange policy. No refunds are allowed after 30 days
from the original date of purchase. Computer products and custom computers
must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and
accessories. Physically damaged products, which includes writing on box's
and manual's are not eligible for refunds.
Opened Returns
Computer components,
parts, accessories and computer's purchased from A to Z in Computer Services
returned opened within 30 days from date of purchase with the
original receipt or invoice are eligible for refund less a 15% restocking
fee except for as follows. All returned products said to be defective are subject
to testing before processing exchanges or refunds. Customers returning
products said to be defective, and found not to be defective after testing
will be charged a 15% restocking fee if requesting a refund. Computer parts
or accessories that are deemed defective within the 30 day period and
returned with the original receipt or invoice are eligible for exchange
for same item only and custom built computers returned are eligible for
repair only. Retail box processor's said to be defective must be return
directly to the manufacturer. Monitors have a 3 year manufacture's warranty
and must be returned directly to the manufacture. Custom built computer's, components and
accessories must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging,
manuals and accessories, no exceptions will be made. Refunds on products
will not be authorized if any items are missing and are eligible for
exchange only. Physically damaged products are not eligible for refunds and
you will have to return it to the manufacturer.
Restocking Fee's
An open box fee equal
to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item returned
within the 30 day period, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the
exact same item (Retail box processor's must returned to the manufacturer
for replacement). The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of
refund or exchange.
Software
Opened software, DVD
movies, pre-recorded videos and game cartridges may only be exchanged
for the exact same item and may not be returned for a refund. We do
not guarantee compatibility of software
with any other software customer may own or purchase in the future.
Customer's should contact the software vendor to resolve software
compatibility issues. Products may not be returned or refunded for software
incompatibility.
Other Information
A to Z in Computer Services, Inc. will not accept the return or
exchange of any item if the UPC code or serial number has been tampered with
or removed from the packaging or products, and packing, boxs, manuals are
damaged, ripped, torn, written on.
Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of $25.00 will be issued by
check from A to Z in Computer Services corporate office within 10 business
days of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will
only be made to the same card.
Return Authorization

If you want to return a product, please
check with our technical support or the manufacturer's technical support
first before trying to obtain an RMA. In most cases it can be something simple
that can be very easily missed.

Prior to returning any item, you must receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be
accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on
hand when you call to receive an RMA number: Invoice number, Reason for
return and course of action sought on the merchandise to be returned.

You must used UPS or Fedex
for return shipping for tracking and insurance purposes. We will not
except any returns by mail. Products returned by mail will be refused and
returned to you at your expense.

All RMA numbers must appear on top of the box or on
return shipping label. RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) days from issue
date.

Special Ordered items are purchased by the customer
under no refund, no exchange policy. Item description will state 'Special
Order, No refunds' on the invoice.

All defective merchandise must be returned within
thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

All shipping and insurance charges on all RMA must be
prepaid by the customer (NO COD’S WILL BE ACCEPTED).

All returns for a refund must be done within
thirty (30) days of
the invoice date.

All returns for exchange
or credit must be in re-saleable
condition, include original packing material, manuals and all other
accessories provided upon original delivery.

Seller does not guarantee compatibility of the
components purchased with customer's existing products unless otherwise
mentioned on the copy of the invoice. If you return an item for
incompatibility, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Once we have processed
your order and credit card is charged for an order, cancelled orders will be
charged up to a 10% order cancellation fee.
Were sorry but this is to cover credit card
processing fee's from the credit processor's.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under
any circumstances.

Defective Merchandise will be repaired or replaced at
Seller’s discretion.

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all Processor
and Memory returns unless defective. Opened Retail Boxed Cpu's cannot
be returned for any reasons. Retail box Cpu's have a
3 year manufactures warranty, and can only be returned to the manufacture if
defective.

UPS / Federal Express
shipments are insure through there insurance company which you paid for in
your shipping charge. If any products are received damaged, you must put a
claim through UPS / Fedex.

EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCE.
This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the
manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is
retained by seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time
title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchase are being purchased
for the purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government
certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In
addition, manufacturer’s warranties for exported goods may vary or even be
null and void. If you have any questions please contact one of our

No
Consequential Damages.
In
no event shall A to Z in Computer Services Inc., its subsidiaries or
affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives or agents (collectively, "A to Z in Computer
Services") be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive,
indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of
data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract,
negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not A to Z in Computer Services has
been advised of the possibility of any such damages.
Credit Card Processing
We use a secure server, and
secure credit card processing is used to insure your order is safely processed
and tracked electronically. When placing an order, the billing address must
be the same address on your credit card billing statement. If you ship to
a different address other than your billing address, your credit card company must have the shipping address information on file so
we can verify the alternate address. You
the credit card holder must call your credit card company and add this
shipping information. Most credit card companies and Banks support this to
safe guard your information. On the back of your
credit card there is a CVV2 code ( credit card validation code ), which also
must be entered, and processed. We will not ship an order unless we can
verify all addresses , name and CVV2 code. We do this to protect you and us against identity
theft. Were sorry for any inconvenience, but we do everything we can to
guard your information and insure your order is processed safely and
securely.
